440V 4375KVA Reactive Load Bank In Good Performance And Power Factor 0.8
Introduction
1 System can load power in rated range, measure generator steady-state 3 phase voltage, current, active power, power factor, frequency, and running time, and simulate the generator set real load working state. Power input using sectional type, energy dissipation type load, forced-air cooling, 3 phase fan decentralized supply air, air-flow is sufficient and low noise.
2 The system is a self-developed device used for electricity load testing by Kaixiang Technology. It perfectly combines the high voltage dry type load module and measurement and control module, precisely test output power and load performance of kinds of generator set.
System mainly consists of resistance load, data collecting, control system, cooling device, etc. The system can test output power and load performance of generator sets.
Applications
(1) Installation: Check installation environment , the machine should be placed in the open, flat, safe environment, the bottom four corners must be flat, sturdy sleepers paving to reduce vibration during operation, and improve the reliability of the ground.
(2) Ventilation inspection: Turn on all the ventilation doors of machine, including the top door and side door, and then fixed. Observe if all vents are normal, whether the foreign body obstruction, whether the surroundings neat and clean, near unit will not hinder ventilation debris, make sure the duct patency.
