The “load” of a resistive load bank is created by the conversion of electrical energy to heat by power resistors. This heat must be dissipated from the Load Bank, either by air or by water, by forced means or convection.

1. Over-heat protection: Automatic load dump and give alarm when temperature is over safety thresholds.
2. Short Circuit Protection: Fuse could avoids damage to equipment when short circuit or current overload.
3. Fan protection: Machine could not do load testing before working power of fan is on.
4. The machine will unload and give alarm when any fan is abnormal or with insufficient air volume, etc.
Motor manufacturing: The load bank is an ideal test equipment for generator power ,the frequency,the voltage,the current,power factor and other generator parameters.Most of the generator use the diesel oil,which can cause the fuel oil unfilled,carbon deposition ,complete machine efficiency reduced when the diesel oil load is lower than 50% or in idling situation for a long time and even cause starting difficulty ,power insuffciency,oil consumption increased,finally,opening the cylinder for maintenance too early and the abandonment ,so the load bank will be generator's ideal false load.
