The system can accurately test output power and load capacity with all kinds of generators. System consists of testing/control and load bank, mainly includes AC load bank, data capture system, auto load/unload control system, heat dissipation device, assist control and PC software. User can control load bank through local control panel, also through software.

1 Local manual control: there is local control panel in load bank, with multi load steps, min load steps 1kW, controlled by buttons.
2 Intelligent control: user can control load bank by data processing software of PC to make automatic load/unload, display, record and manager the test data, form curve, graph and can be printed.
Control mode interlock: there is switch in control panel to choose control mode, other control mode is invalid if user choose one control mode.
With data processing software, could form curve of current, active power, reactive power, apparent power, power factor, frequency and can be printed.
One-key load/unload: user can load or unload with one key easy to control.

2.generator has been set up in a test cell within the factory, a test engineer uses the load bank to apply a discrete, selectable electrical load to the generator and measure the response stability and endurance.
3.During this process, the test engineer calibrates and adjusts the generator performance to ensure it meets the intended product specifications and tolerances.
